What we collect: this website collects personal data only when you submit one of the two contact forms. The data collected is the information you enter: name, organisation, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, including biomass, site and project context where you provide it.

Why we collect it: we use this data to review your enquiry, respond to it and assess whether a project conversation makes sense. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it goes: submissions are stored in our form backend and forwarded to us by email. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it: we keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any project conversation that follows, and delete it when it is no longer required.

Cookies and tracking: this website sets no analytics or marketing cookies and uses no tracking.

Your rights: you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us at info (at) ccp.africa. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. The service sets no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device. Visits are recorded as anonymised, aggregated statistics and cannot be traced to an individual. The data is processed on our behalf by Vercel Inc., which also hosts this website. Analytics data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising.
